How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are our estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 4–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–9 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum required.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link straight to your inbox. You can also check your order status anytime through our Order Tracking Portal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you have a 24-hour window to cancel after placing your order. Just contact us as soon as possible at help@slimona.com and we'll take care of it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Head to our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
That's on us — and we'll make it right. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. No hassle.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it.
What is the process for exchanging a product?
Need a different size or color? Just submit your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal and we'll guide you through the rest.

Where is SLIMONA located?
We're a US-based women's fashion brand, operated out of Wyoming. Online only — which is how we keep our prices competitive and our delivery fast.
Do you offer product warranties?
We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, our 30-day return policy has you covered. And if you ever have a quality concern after that — reach out anyway. We'll always do our best to help.
Can I place a bulk or B2B order?
